This privacy policy covers how Fetish Scripts collects and handles information from visitors and customers.
Adult content notice
This site is intended for adult industry professionals and is age-restricted to visitors 18 and older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By visiting this site you confirm you meet that requirement.
What this site collects
Comments. If you leave a comment on a post, the form collects whatever you type into it (name, email, comment) plus your IP address and browser user-agent string. A spam filter may check the comment automatically.
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your name and email address are sent to my self-hosted Sendy installation at sendy.sarahgarlits.com. From there I can send you the newsletter and segment my list. I don’t sell, rent, or share email addresses with anyone.
Cookies. If you leave a comment on a post you may opt in to cookies that remember your name and email so you don’t have to refill them on future comments. WordPress also sets a few session cookies for logged-in users (none of which apply if you’re just reading the site).
Embedded content from other sites. Some posts may include embedded video players, audio samples, or product cards from third-party platforms. Those embeds may set their own cookies and behave like a visit to the originating site.
Analytics. If analytics are added later (a privacy-respecting option like Plausible, or similar), this section will be updated.
What this site does with your information
Newsletter list. Used to send you newsletters until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Comments. Held in the WordPress database. Visible publicly under your displayed name once approved.
What this site doesn’t do
This site does not sell email addresses or comment information to third parties. There are no advertising trackers (ad networks, retargeting pixels, etc.) on the site.
Your rights
You can request that I delete any data I hold about you (newsletter list, comments). For the newsletter, the unsubscribe link in any email handles this directly. For comments, leave a reply on the post asking for removal and I’ll take it down. Note that comments removed for legitimate reasons may have already been quoted in cached or archived versions of the page on third-party services beyond my control.
Privacy questions
For privacy-specific questions (data deletion, list export, etc.), reach me through the Sendy unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or by leaving a comment on any post asking for follow-up. This site does not have a general contact form by design.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top will change too.
